Terms of Service

Shipping & Delivery

Elu ships domestically at this time. Your Elu made to measure apparel is delivered to domestic locations within 3 weeks of placing your order. We are exploring International Shipping and hope to offer this solution soon.

We ship Monday through Friday, via USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders.

You can expect periodic updates on your order, but you can also check your order status at anytime by emailing support@yourelu.com.

Returns & Cancellations

We give you a Fit Promise because we are committed to giving you beautifully constructed apparel that fits and flatters your body. If your apparel does not fit, then we will make it right for you. Send your order number, details of your fit issue and the best time to reach you to support@yourelu.com and a Customer Care Agent will be in touch promptly.

For minor fit adjustments, we will identify one of our skilled, partner tailors in your area and plan a time for you to visit. A local tailor will ensure that you receive your adjusted garment quickly, without postal delays. Elu Customer Care will contact the tailor, handle scheduling and cover all costs for alterations directly. You just need to show up and look beautiful.

In some cases, it may be necessary to return your garment to us so our experts can ensure a perfect adjustment or provide a new piece. Customer Care will let you know if this is necessary. Return shipping is free to all our guests.

Because Elu apparel is made to your unique measurements we can’t accept returns if you change your mind about a feature, color or other personalizations made to the apparel. We encourage our guests to review the details of their orders carefully prior to submitting payment.

Wellness Returns

We want you to love every aspect of your Elu experience. That is why we are here to be an ally and celebrate you throughout your beauty journey. If you have purchased made to measure apparel from Elu in the last 12 months and you’ve since lost 5+ inches around your waist, then Elu will excitedly provide one free alteration to ensure that you can achieve ideal fit once again. All you have to do is drop us an email at support@yourelu.com and we'll guide you through necessary next steps.

Cancellation Policy

We always hope you are perfectly happy with your order upon placement, however we know things happen. Here is our cancellation policy. Please read carefully.

  • In order to cancel an order, you much email support@yourelu.com promptly!
  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting 50% of the product purchase price.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

This above information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. We will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided your order has not begun production and/or shipped out.

Refunds

It may take 5-10 business days for a bank or credit card company to process and apply refunds to your account. In the case of a refund triggered by a returned garment, please allow up to 20 business days for us to receive your return and for your financial institution to complete the credit process.
